ARVENS was started in 2026 as an independent French entrepreneurial initiative, after several conversations with Paris and Monaco real estate agents on their daily exposure to leak risk. The shared diagnosis: all used WhatsApp or WeTransfer, all knew the risk, none had an alternative that wasn't itself a commercial obstacle. ARVENS was designed to be the alternative that slows nobody down.
