ARVENS is a French B2B SaaS dedicated to secure photo sharing for ultra-luxury real estate (properties from 10 million euros and up). The product is for specialised luxury agents, off-market brokers, family offices and private banks that share confidential photographs daily with potential buyers. Dominant tools — WhatsApp, Dropbox, WeTransfer — were not designed for this challenge: destructive compression, no binding NDA, limited traceability, no legal report. ARVENS responds with three principles: confidentiality (digital NDA signed before any access), traceability (named audit: IP, city, device, timestamp), and fidelity (native 4K photographs without compression). Each dossier produces a PDF legal report enforceable in France and the European Union. The interface is available in 10 languages including RTL Arabic and CJK (simplified Chinese, Japanese). The digital NDA is drafted in 4 enforceable languages. Infrastructure: Supabase (Postgres with Row Level Security), Cloudflare R2 (presigned URLs), Stripe for billing. Pricing: €199/month or €1,990/year (14-day trial, automatic charge on day 14 unless cancelled).
